In a pot using a medium high heat, sauté olive oil, bay leaf, and chicken breast for 4 minutes
The same pot should now also include diced onion, diced garlic, dried basil, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Continue to sauté medium high heat for 1 minute.
Cook in a pot on medium heat for 6 minutes with Cayenne pepper, black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, tomatoes puree, and diced cherry tomatoes
Add heavy cream, broth, and spinach leaves cooking for 2 more minutes on medium heat.
Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese should also be added.
You can serve this immediately with pasta or bread.
